The space The unit is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a walk up. Located in the back of the building it's a peaceful getaway after a long day in the city. The kitchen is newly renovated with quarter sawn oak cabinetry, new appliances, and quartz counters. The living room has a record player, smart tv, vented gas fireplace for cold nights, and office area with monitor. There are bluetooth speakers on the main level. Outdoor back deck is a lovely area to sit and look at the skyline. The 2nd floor is cozy and features a large primary bedroom with queen casper bed. The 2nd floor bathroom has amazing skyline views and deep soaking tub. The second bedroom also doubles as a small gym. Please note there is no door on the second bedroom, however there is a curtain for privacy. Unit has a laundry room, gas forced heat and central air. Guest access The entire apartment will be yours for the duration of your stay! Other things to note There is no door on the second bedroom, however there is a curtain for privacy.
