Based on a beef and sheep farm, just 8 miles from Builth Wells, 14 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 15 miles from Brecon. It is in a sunny, scenic, rural spot. Access to numerous footpaths, only a 10 minute hike to join the Wye Valley Walk. 10 minute drive or a scenic walk to local rural pub. It has been decorated to create a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable holiday experience. The space The property consists of a well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom downstairs. The living room has a Smart TV and Woodburner. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The downstairs bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and ample space for a travel cot if required. Bedroom 2 is of equal size and has a double and single bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The upstairs bathroom has a separate bath and shower. Guest access Guests have access to all the house and the front garden. Other things to note This is a farm stay up a farm track. Day to day farm activities may be going on.
