Cleaning fee of R$ 250.00. 4- If there is an exaggerated consumption of electricity, we will charge the surplus. 5- Regarding check-in, check-in time is from 6 p.m., and check-out is until 6 p.m. Minimum reservation of 2 nights, totaling 48 hours of stay. If you want to anticipate the check-in time, half a day will be charged at the time of booking. 6- About bed/bath linens (For 15 guests): • All rooms have beds with pillows, fitted sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads and 1 fleece blanket per bed. • Extra blankets must be brought by guests. • We also provide 1 bath towel for each guest. • Each bathroom already has a new hand towel.
