Barn in beautiful Sussex village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this countryside retreat in walking distance of the pretty village of Fletching. This brand new accommodation is the perfect place to stay to explore many local attractions. There is a wonderful pub , Sheffield Park Gardens, Bluebell Railway, Glyndebourne and Vineyards. This quiet setting has beautiful views to enjoy whilst watching the sunset. The space The photos show a downstairs space with kitchen and seating area with two large sofas. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest access There is a small garden next to the property to enjoy which can be seen in the photos. Beyond this is private gardens. Children do enjoy this space but we advise that this area is entered at your own risk and awareness of hazards. We have a black labrador that enjoys this space. He has a big Woof of a bark but is extremely daft and will be anyones friend. The garden opens up onto farmers fields. Dogs are welcome but the garden is not fenced. Please park to the left of the garage, not in-front of the garage. Finding the property: If you see a RED telephone box you are very close. Keep this on your right hand side, go past the telephone box and we are the next house on your LEFT. We have a 5 bar gate! Please look at the photos to help you locate us! Other things to note The accommodation is linked to the main house via a link. We keep all linked doors closed and no noise is shared between the two properties. We have two dogs that do roam the garden freely.
