WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options. The space The private apartment is approximately 550 ft2 in size. The suite is completely self contained with 2 private entrances. It is located on the lower level of the home. The living-room, bedroom and private patio boast breathtaking views of the western horizon – a perfect setting to relax and relish the sunset with a glass of wine. The patio is quite large, 34 feet by 8 feet and has a bistro dining area and Muskoka chairs to relax in. When you are here, the private beach/backyard is yours to enjoy. We may use it occasionally to access the lake or our boat. Guest access At the shoreline, the water is shallow and offers fabulous swimming. If fishing is your interest, you can conveniently fish from the dock. The dock is pulled out of the water in the fall, and put back in in the spring. It is currently out. Other things to note Please note that the WiFi signal doesn't extend down to the beach area. For your convenience, there's a designated parking space available on the property.
