It is fully equipped to welcome all 3 generations of your family :-) Our apartment is fully equipped for us and we want to to share it with other families like ours when we are away. The swimming pool is private to the condominium and can only be accessed with the key. The space 3 bedrooms w/ A/C, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces and 1 balcony! Comfortable living room, dining table: 8 people at ease, the terrace on the top floor with an equally large table, a fire pit for the barbecue and, of course, the sun loungers! The condominium's private pool is visible from any of the terraces. From here we have a view of the gardens, the pool and the sea :-) Located on the beach access street, we are a 2-minute walk from the beach and its highly rated restaurants, while we can find an excellent supermarket located 500 meters from the apartment. If you prefer to go up the street instead of going down, the complex also has a minimarket for last-minute purchases and a great Italian restaurant with a varied and high-quality offering. From our beach there is a walkway of approximately 5.5km that extends over the Salgados lagoon, a beautiful natural landscape with a birdwatching post and that takes us (almost) to Armação de Pera (ends just a few steps away). meters walk to the beach ) To the opposite side, there are small beaches, cove beaches, so typical of this Algarve coast. These are smaller, guarded beaches where each one has a different charm than the other. It has everything a family could want for their vacation. A dream vacation! Guest access Our guests have the key to access the garden area and the pool. Other things to note We turned off the gas heating boiler.
