Pets are welcome in all our outdoor communal areas including the pool (except the guest kitchen), but must be leashed and supervised to ensure comfort and safety for all. 🚗 Getting Here Alaminos City is about 4–5 hours by car or bus from Manila (approx. 250 km). By Bus: Victory Liner and Five Star buses run daily trips to Alaminos from Cubao and Pasay. By Car/Van: A direct drive via SCTEX/TPLEX makes for a smooth road trip. 🚖 Getting Around Alaminos Local transport is easy and affordable. Tricycles are the main way to get around town, with fares starting at ₱20 per km. You can call a tricycle directly from the guesthouse. Jeepneys and vans are available for getting around other parts of the city and beyond. Other things to note 🅿️ Parking We have 2 secure off-street parking spaces inside the guesthouse, available on a first come, first served basis. Parking spots cannot be reserved in advance. Once vacated, they become available to the next guest. Additional roadside parking is available along Lucap Highway at the vehicle owner’s discretion. Please note: the guesthouse is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements 2 x Double Bunk Beds (sleeps 8) If you’ve booked for additional guests, beyond 8, we’ll provide a foam floor mattress with fresh linens and a towel. 2 x Double Foam Mattresses (sleeps 4) Children aged 0–5 are not included in the maximum room capacity if sharing existing beds. 🕒 Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in may be available for an additional ₱200 per hour, per room, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to request this. 💳 Security Deposit A ₱1,000 refundable security deposit per room is required upon check-in. This will be returned at check-out, provided no damages, losses, or policy violations occur. 🔒 Safety & Security For everyone’s peace of mind, CCTV cameras are in operation 24/7 in common outdoor areas, entrances, and parking spaces.
