Overlooking the green garden and famous tennis courts where Goran Ivanisevic and Mario Ancic learned to play. In the neighbourhood of popular local restaurants, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and pubs along the sea promenade. The space You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is due to its closeness to the city beaches and the old town centre. Firule is an old leafy, residential part of Split which is considered by many locals to be most desirable location in town. Firule sandy beach is an ideal place to enjoy relaxing night swim. There are dozens of bars, restaurants, take away food shops in the immediate area as well as a range of shops, supermarkets and other services. The apartment is located on the first floor of 1930s residential building and it is completely separate and self-contained. Guests have 24 hours access to the building. The apartment consists of a large kitchen and living room, king size sofa, table with 6 chairs, LCD TV with satellite and cable TV, wi-fi Internet. Kitchen: super-equipped, with kitchen worktop, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, everything you need for cooking. 2 toilets, one with bath. Also available: hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, all the necessary to keep the apartment clean, liquid soap, toilet paper, washing up in the bathroom, in the kitchen detergents and sponges, dish towels. Guest access All parts of the apartment are accessible by the guests. Other things to note The apartment has been inspected and accredited by the Croatian Tourist Board and has been given a three star rating.
