The space From the internal courtyard, you enter an inviting dining area embraced by a generously sized kitchen. Proceeding further, you reach an open, multifunctional space housing a TV area and a dedicated work zone. Three steps lead you to an elevated level where the bedroom area is separated from the living room by a wall composed of painted wooden slats. Here you will find a comfortable double bed and a spacious wall-mounted wardrobe, perfect for organizing your clothes and accessories. The bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary facilities, a towel radiator, a spacious shower offering a relaxing chromotherapy experience, and ample shelves to accommodate your belongings. Included in the Welcome Kit: - Decaffeinated and regular Nespresso Vertuo capsules - Selection of teas and herbal infusions - 500ml bottles of water - Hand and intimate soap - Toothbrush and toothpaste - Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion - Towels of various sizes. - Slippers - Netflix and Prime Video are included on the TV. In addition to the apartment, guests will have access to the shared courtyard, which is equipped with a small table and two chairs for their use. Notice that the courtyard is shared with three other apartments, and you may encounter other residents of the building, especially during nice weather. The residents of the building are very friendly and respectful.
