Take it easy at this unique building that was built in 1928 & nestled just a short walk to the nightlife of Ybors Famous 7th Ave. Our modest 6 micro units are stocked with all that you would need for a good rest after a night of exploringYbor and its surrounding area. You can't miss us as our building has a beautiful mural that was recently added by an amazing up and coming artist Selena Ferrer reflecting the rich afro-cuban history of Ybor City. Come explore all that Ybor has to offer!" The space This unique building that was built in 1928 and is coming up on its 100th birthday. It has been in the family for over 25 years and after leaving corporate in 2018, I needed something less stressful to do. My father decided to renovate this building so that we could use it as rental property. 90% of the work on this building was done by my father who turns"80" in 2023. He used his life long carpentry skills to create the space that you see now. With qwerky corners and irregular shaped walls, the space somehow works and we've enjoyed hosting guests from all over the world since 2019. Guest access Guests will have access to the front & back patio which are shared spaces. During your stay As a host, I love meeting my guests and interacting with them. While I know that guests enjoy their privacy, I am always available to meet with guests and help in any way I can during your stay. I am also not offended by guests who just want their privacy. Other things to note We ask guests to be mindful that there are 5 other units in the building and we ask that you be considerate of that while in the building and outside near other guests windows. Please keep noise level to a respectable level.
