Saltwater Manor - Amazing Ocean View & Hot Tub!

Welcome to Saltwater Manor - a place where nature, luxury, comfort, and happiness blend together to provide you with an unforgettable vacation experience. This gorgeous oceanfront villa boasts panoramic views of the ocean and a hot tub for 6. Relax on the back patio and experience an amazing sunset with sights of whales, dolphins, and more. Enjoy a warm fire in the yard firepit and take a walk down to the ocean. Inside, unwind in the grand open living space with a large wood-burning fireplace. The space Upon your arrival, you will see the huge front yard space for adults, kids, and dogs to enjoy. You will then pass under the large covered front deck to the entrance. Use your unique access code on the smart lock and you will enter a large porch area with a spacious side mudroom. As you venture further into the home, you enter the bright, fresh, open-concept living space with an incredible vaulted ceiling and 13 large windows for taking in the breathtaking ocean view. Be on the look-out! Guests regularly see whales, dolphins, tuna, and eagles. In this space you'll be treated to a full kitchen with high-end appliances, including gas range/oven, Nespresso machine and drip coffee machine. There is also a large kitchen island with seating for 4. On the back of the kitchen is the dining space, which includes a large live-edge wooden table with seating for 6. The living room is stunning with a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace, large L-shaped couch, and a 75" Smart TV. Next to the living space is a door leading up the stairs to a spacious and secluded open-concept loft area with bedroom space, living room space, and desk setup. This room has a queen bed, couch, coffee table, and desk for a laptop-friendly workspace, as well as a 50" TV with a Roku streaming stick. To the left of the large fireplace in the living room is the hallway that takes you to the bedroom area. You will first discover the master bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom ensuite, large walk-in closet, 58" Smart TV, amazing ocean views, and access to the hot tub deck! Further down the hallway you'll find 3 more spacious bedrooms - 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the last bedroom has a double-over-double bunk bed (upper max weight = 300 lbs & lower max weight = 450 lbs). These 3 bedrooms also have small secret passageway doors between them that all kids love! In this main hallway you'll also find another full bathroom and a large laundry room (look here for board games and puzzles!). To the right of the large fireplace is a porch where you can access the back deck. On the back deck, not only will you find a gorgeous, panoramic ocean view but there's also the private and relaxing hot tub and BBQ! From the back deck, you can take the deck stairs down to the large back yard. You can also access the back yard from the paved driveway. Here you'll find a swing set with 2 saucer swings for kids and kids-at-heart! There is also a look-out perch for a better and more fun search for whales. You will also discover the large fire pit for your enjoyment and a groomed pathway down to the ocean front. Children should be supervised at all times in these areas. You'll love picking blueberries and raspberries in the grassy hill next to the house, just a quick hop across the stream! Lots of trails to explore, as well! ACCESSIBILITY: Saltwater Manor is not fully wheelchair accessible. We are still in the process of making our home more accessible to mobility aid users and anyone with limited mobility. We do understand it is important to list all accessibility features so potential guests with disabilities can decide if our home will work for their particular accessibility needs. - Level access from the driveway to the ramp in the front of the house - Ramp to the covered front porch (currently does not have rails) - Small threshold ramp to get into the front door - Wide doorways (36" width) and hallways - Open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with lots of space for a wheelchair user to navigate - The stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, sink and coffee station are all on a level that could be reached by a wheelchair user, however the sink does not have space underneath to wheel under - All 3 bathrooms are on the main floor. None are fully wheelchair accessible at the moment, however the master ensuite has the most room to turn around using a mobility aid, a higher toilet seat which should make it easier for transferring, and a walk-in shower with a bench to sit on - Everything is on one level aside from the extra loft suite upstairs - There is a small step down onto the patio from the main patio door and from the door in the master bedroom - Hot tub does not have a lift - Doors have round knobs, not lever handles If you have any questions about accessibility at Saltwater Manor please message us and we will get back to you promptly. Guest access The guests have access to the full upper level of the house, exclusive use of the front yard, front patio, back deck, hot tub, back yard, upper driveway and pathway to the water. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The double-over-double bunk bed has the following weight rating: upper bed = 300 lbs and lower bed = 450 lbs. Please ensure this weight limit is followed especially for the upper bed. Also, there is a small railing along the edge of the top bunk but please ensure children are old enough to safely and responsibly use the top bunk. IMPORTANT: There are very respectful and very friendly long term tenants in the separate downstairs suite. The couple use a private separate entrance, the lower driveway, and the detached shed. Please note: the couple has no issues at all with noise, late nights, outdoor activities, etc. and are happy to have a chat and answer any questions about the property, area, things to do, where to get groceries, etc. They want you to have the best vacation! IMPORTANT: The home does have actively recording security cameras around the exterior of the home and they all follow privacy guidelines. These cameras record video, but not audio. See the guest safety section for more information. Dogs are welcome with the assumption that owners hold the furry family members to the same house rules as their humans and ensure to clean up after them so the home is found by housekeeping staff in the same condition that guests found it.
