With new clean finishes and furnishings, it is fully equipped to meet all of your needs whether you want a quiet place to relax or you want to live it up at the beach. Located in one of the most coveted locations in San Diego, the property is less than a five minute walk to the best beaches, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The street is quiet and safe. Ping pong table set up in the garage for fun :) The outdoor space is perfect for hosting others. You can enjoy the summer nights in the pool or relax in the warm jacuzzi. We also have full beach amenities including surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, etc. so you can walk to Moonlight Beach and relax or play. The beach features volleyball courts, a snack bar, fire pits, and more. The bedrooms are good size and feature new beds and bedding. Plenty of room to gather, dine, or curl up with a book as the home is over 3,400 square feet. We have a phenomenal cleaning crew that does professional, extensive cleaning and linen service after every check out. This home truly has everything you need to enjoy time away.
