Off road parking. The perfect base to explore North Norfolk coast & nearby Sandringham House & Houghton Hall. The space The Stable annexe has one bedroom with oak flooring, king size bed, smart TV, wicker chair, chest of drawers, bedside tables and hanging rail with hangers. There is hallway with full length mirror with door to a light filled shower room with walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The kitchenette is compact but with all the necessities for breakfast or a light meal - with a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and mini dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils and serving dishes provided. There is a small dining table for two people with comfortable wicker chairs. Light breakfast provided. Please note there is no lounge area. The property has been recently refurbished but retains a rustic feel with exposed brickwork, beams and pamment tiles. The property is on one level, however, there is a step to the front door. Outside the front door there is a small bistro table for two with views over the large private lawned front garden. There is a pergola with picnic benches and table in a sunny spot which provides an alternative place to eat or relax. Guest access The Stable is a private annexe which forms part of The Long Cottage. There is an internal locked door that separates The Stable from The Long Cottage. The Long Cottage will not be occupied when The Stable is occupied, ensuring you have total privacy in the front garden. Other things to note Complimentary Sandringham apple juice & crisps to welcome guests. The Stable is located next to the small village primary school so the murmur of school children can sometimes be heard drifting into the garden, but this merely adds to the charm of the property. There is designated parking for the property so you will never struggle to park.
