Description
Casa Lira, without ostentation and with a pleasant composition of colors, denotes the beauty of the place. The colonial architecture is combined with mid-century interior design. High ceilings, “boiserie” walls, walls covered with “chukum,” and traditional ceramic tiles are the key elements inside this loft. A few steps from there, we find a world of pastel colors, walls that tell our history, warm people, and a serene sea that flirts with us every sunset. The space Casa Lira will welcome you with the warmth of its tones and its central location, perfect for relaxation and rest after a day of adventures and leisure. Its connection to the outdoors through a terrace adorned with a robust table, bathed in light through its large window, features a kitchen integrated into the space. Unique elements bring the space to life: clay, ceramics, and jute, through which we showcase our identity. Blurring the dividing lines of the spaces, we have an open area framed by two beds resting on cedar planks and swivel armchairs upholstered in bouclé. The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms will make your stay very pleasant. Guest access We will receive you personally to welcome you, explain the details of the house, provide you with brief information about the surroundings and answer your questions. Parking is free in the streets around the enclosure (Historic Center). It is usually easy to find a space near the house. You cannot park on the yellow lines. There is a temporary parking lot at the corner of 12th Street and 59th Street (pedestrian street), to unload luggage. Other things to note There is a hall at the entrance of the house that serves as a common area. The entire house has internet access with a speed of 50 Mbps. The loft is located on the first floor, and because it has very high ceilings, one must consider climbing a 5-meter ladder to access it. The house is located on 59th Street, which is pedestrian-only, so despite the windows having double glazing, there can occasionally be noise.
