This loft with a capacity of 15 people, with its large spacious rooms is warm: The living room with its wood-burning stove, its large fully-equipped kitchen and its large table for moments of conviviality. Its 100 m² dance hall opens onto a 340 m² terrace. It is equipped with outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, a Nordic bath, a ping pong table, a foosball table and a large petanque court. Go to "other information to note" before booking. The space Both bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with three double beds and a shower room. In the living room, each bench can be used as a bed. Upstairs, it's a dormitory made up of single mattresses and an inflatable mattress if needed. Other things to note Two security checks in the amount of €800 each from two different identities will be required upon check-in. Sheets and linens (bath towels, tea towels, etc.) are not provided. You will therefore need to provide everything you need. In order to respect the nearby neighborhood, it is forbidden: - To use sound equipment other than that provided in the accommodation - To play music outside (the dance hall speaker must remain inside) - To scream and shout In addition, from 10 p.m., the volume of the speaker must be lowered, the French windows must remain closed so as not to disturb the neighborhood. This room has an area of 100 m², fully equipped to spend a good evening, thank you for your vigilance, respect and understanding.
