Hiking on site at the gates of Troyes. The space 15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 of the A5. Comfortable cottage, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a cereal farm. On the ground floor: living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed), bathroom/toilet (walk-in shower), cellar. Upstairs: mezzanine relaxation room, one bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet. Enclosed terrace and access to the garden with lawn. You will have a ping pong table and petanque balls. This cottage is suitable for accompanied disabled people. Additional charges: electricity (including heating: €30/week from 10/01 to 04/30). For business stays: 3 people maximum / sheets and cleaning required. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: champagne vineyard 3 km away, marked and wooded trails from the cottage.
