Within 5 minutes from Lone Star College, HEB, Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, the Woodlands Mall, Medical Centers. Two queen size beds in two rooms can sleep up to 4 people and one person can sleep on the sofa bed. We can provide a portable baby cot (for a child under 2 years old). The space This new, quiet, and spacious private suite offers up to five guests the entire second floor of the beautiful house in a gated upscale neighborhood. Owners live downstairs. There is a private entrance (through a garage) and parking space in front of the garage. The suit has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a storage room. Two separate queen size beds, sofa bed, electric fireplace, study desk, fast WiFi, blackout curtains, cold (warm) central AC, which you can customize yourself. There are essentials - soaps and towels, a smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, dishes. There is no kitchen. Guest access Access is through the garage - a code for the automatic gate will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival. The rooms are located on the second floor of the house. The fine for an unregistered guest (including children of all ages) is $50 per person. We only provide two parking spaces, arranged one car behind the other, suitable for two standard passenger vehicles. Trucks, trailers, and any type of tow-behind equipment are not permitted, as they do not fit our driveway and may cause damage.
