Enjoy the front porch facing Bryant Drive with outdoor table for 6, outdoor sofas and chairs and a large tv or the outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs, fire pit and outdoor table. Gas grills for the porch area and the fire pit area. Owners have thought of everything to ensure you come back year after year! The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This home can sleep up to 10 adults - plus children for up to 12 people! The bedrooms have plenty of space to charge your devices, and all have smart TVs. Bedroom 1: King with en-suite private bath. Optional Twin Rollaway Bedroom 2: King with access to hallway bath. Optional Twin Rollaway Bedroom 3: King with en-suite private bath. Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds with access to hallway bath. The Living Space: There is a fully equipped kitchen on each side of the home, seating for 12, and comfortable furnishings. There is a Smart TV in the living room. The Kitchens: There is a Kitchen on each side of the house! Outdoor Space: The front porch is where you want to be! There is an outdoor table with a ceiling fan, comfy seating, tv, and grill access! The front porch faces Bryant Drive, so you will be in the middle of all the Bama game day action! Roll Tide! Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.* *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
