Seaside apartment in the old doctor's villa

Stay a half-hour drive from Kalmar and within cycling distance to the sea (4 km). Here you also have close to beautiful hiking trails and about 40 minutes by car to Öland or Karlskrona. You have your own entrance to your apartment and have the place to yourselves. Within walking distance is also the beautiful Möre golf course. Good restaurant and spa are available at Stuvenäs. (4 km) You will sleep well in new and comfortable beds and you are welcome to have your meals out in the villa's garden. Otherwise, there is a kitchen & dining area in your apartment. Barbecue available to borrow. The space We who rent out are a family and we live in the old provincial doctor's villa in Söderåkra. In the villa, there is also a completely separate apartment with its own entrance and that is the one you rent. The apartment is about 45 square meters and has: one bedroom with two new and comfortable 90 cm beds that can also be moved together to a double bed. The apartment also has a kitchen, dining area, bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer. There is also a closet in the apartment. When you rent our apartment, you are welcome to stay in our garden and there is access to your own outdoor furniture where you can freely eat breakfast or other meals in nice weather. There is an ICA store within a 3-minute walk. There is also a bus stop with buses to Kalmar or Torsås/Bergkvara within a 2-minute walk. In the area, there are incredibly nice hiking trails and bike paths along the sea as well as several cozy cafés to visit. If you like golf, you have a walking distance (10 minutes) to Möre golf course, which is really nice. Cozy towns and places to visit nearby, in addition to fantastic Kalmar and Karlskrona, are of course Öland and Kristianopel as well as the Blekinge archipelago. Sheets and towels are not included in the price but can be booked for SEK 150 per person, which is a one-time cost per stay. Please let us know if you would like sheets and towels. We will also send a message well in advance of your arrival and ask you if we have not received the information. Cleaning products are available in the apartment, but should you wish us to perform final cleaning, we can arrange it at an additional cost of SEK 500. Guest access You rent an apartment of 45 square meters in our villa. You have your own private entrance and only you who rent have access to the apartment during the stay. Other things to note You sleep well in very comfortable and new beds. Grocery store is within 3 minutes' walking distance. Open until 8 pm. Pizzeria is within a 4-minute walk. Open until 8 pm. Bus stop to Kalmar is within 2 minutes' walking distance.
