This listing offers you one of our 3 studios. Each studio has a bed, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. You also have an outside terrace with table. In front of the studios you will find the private parking. On the property we also have a nice communal area with nice chairs and a table to enjoy the jungle. At a short drive (4x4 needed) from the beach or choose to walk, only 600 meters from the beach to our cute studios. The property is totally fenced with gate. You won't regret! The space Each studio has a bed, private bathroom (shower, sink + toilet) and fully equipped kitchen (costa rican coffee maker, kettle, stove). You also have an outside terrace with table and 2 chairs. You have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guest access You have access to your own studio. The property in total has 3 individual studios next to each other as you can see In the pictures. All guests enter through the same gate and will park in front of the studios. The right side of the property has a small relaxing area with some chairs and table. This is a shared space with the other guests. Only the cleaning team and management have access to the laundry room. Other things to note -Make sure you have a 4×4 vehicle or quad. -The property has 3 studios. This listing is only for 1 of the 3 studios. Depending on availability we will give you the left - middle - or right hand studio. -All clear self check-in instructions will be send to the guest before arrival.
