Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! Self check-in with key box is possible. The space 1 small living/bedroom with TV, fast Wi-Fi and workplace. Smartphone can be charged wirelessly. 1 room with small kitchenette, refrigerator, sink, hot plate, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. A hair dryer and iron are provided. The kitchen shares the room with the building services (heating, PV system). All rooms have well-functioning underfloor heating. Guest access The small apartment has a separate entrance. The covered area in front of it can be used as a terrace or carport. Other things to note There is Wi-Fi in the property. We now also have fast internet! The property is difficult to reach by public transportation. There are no shops directly in the village, but there are a large number of them in Schöppenstedt, 5 km away. A car is therefore strongly recommended!
