Kitchen is fully equipped. Beach, markets, car/bike rental and restaurants are at a walking distance. Garden space is shared space. 3. Shared swimming pool with outdoor shower (Mandatory to shower before entering the pool or entering home after the beach) 4. Common limited free parking space available. 5. The Apartment complex is 300 meters from private entry to Colva beach which has 2-3 seasonal shacks and is entrance to prominent hotels and fishermans. 6. Public Colva beach, Colva market, super markets and restaurants are also in walkable distance (1-2 Kms). Our home is perfect for couples, families and groups of maximum 4 adults (1 Queen in bedroom and a single bed which opens up to double bed in living area) *Please select right number of guest to get exact tariff per night* ENTRANCE: Our home "Casa de Aanay" is in yellow building. You can drive/walk straight from the main gate. You will have direct access to the main door to move the luggage from your cars. Front door is teaser to Greek paradise you are entering and is secured with grills and security camera. Keys will be placed in password protected box which you can access to open the door. LIVING ROOM: Transporting you to vibrant energy and tranquility of Santorini, this themed home invites you to experience the Greek paradise. We have hand painted our walls with breathtaking view of Aegean Sea, white washed buildings and Santorini wind mills. Our open-concept layout allows natural light to flood the space. Crisp white furnishings create a clean and serene ambiance, while accents of blue - inspired by the sea, infuse bursts of refreshing energy. Embracing the power of nature, leafy potted plants are strategically placed throughout the living area along with macramé giving it as ethereal touch. In Living Area is air conditioned and we have - White sofa placed around for happy conversations and relaxed 40 inch Smart HDTV viewing. (Please note password will not be shared, you will have to do personal login). - TV unit has books to unwind with. - IKEA table with 4 chairs for meals. Can be used as work table. - For uninterrupted work and TV we have Wifi with invertor backup (Backup runs only internet, fans and lights) - Single bed opens up to become a double bed and can sleep 2 adults. *Please ensure you take care of the wall murals and white furniture. We have put our heart in our home and please maintain it* OUTDOOR PATIO: A sun-soaked patio/balcony awaits, encouraging a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living. You can enjoy your morning tea or cool beverage in the warm goan breeze overseeing the beautiful garden and soothing swimming pool and vibrant Portuguese-style homes. This will surely entice you to gather under the stars, sharing stories and laughter with loved ones. BEDROOM: The boho magic extends to the bedroom which is draped with flowing, sheer ocean themed curtains and hand painted walls with a breathtaking pool facing European style balcony. To make your stay comfortable we have air-conditioned bedroom with - Double bed with great back support - One full wardrobe for you to unpack and feel at home. (First wardrobe towards the wall is personal and will only be accessed my caretaker) - Vanity mirror - Side table and - Steam iron/iron board. BATHROOM: Simple open-concept bathroom aligned to our blue theme will refresh you. You will have all your bath necessities including - Hot/Cold Shower - Western Toilet - Mirror and Sink - Blue full-length towels, soaps and shampoo packet. Please note, refills of soap/shampoo needs to be managed by the guest KITCHEN : The separate kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, RO water filter, all necessary utensils and cutlery's with plates, spoons, glasses to enjoy your breakfast and meal experience. You also get dryer stand in patio to dry wet clothes after using the washing machine. Please don’t dry clothes inside the house and in apartment complex's common area. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: -Check-In Time: 14:00 hours onwards -Check-out Time: Latest by 11:00 hours *Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval* 2. SMOKING: -Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony/ society premises. Please adhere to this as it inconveniences any future non-smoking guests. You will be fined. 3. SWIMMING POOL: -Kindly observe the pool timings - 7.30 am to 7.30 pm. -Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. No Lifeguards are available at the swimming pool. -Glassware, drinking, and bottles are prohibited in the swimming pool area. -Please use appropriate swimwear in the swimming pool. *The management team, homeowners, and their employees are not responsible for any accidents* 4. VISITOR POLICY: -Guests are not permitted to enter the property at any time. -The Homeowner or management team may at their discretion permit any visitor at the property, however, all visitors must be approved in advance through the booking process. - Our house rules say no overnight stay by visitors who aren't either registered and/or pre-approved by us. We've have had a few instances where people have asked to have friends come over. Please notify this to our us or our manager or caretaker in advance . Overnight stay by visitors strictly not allowed and is chargeable. 5. CLEANING POLICY: Complete Cleaning and sanitization of the apartment is done only ONCE prior to Check-in for which we have included the cleaning fees in your tariff. Additionally, cleaning will be arranged every third day. Daily cleaning can be arranged at Rs. 150 per day. please inform us in advance to make arrangements. 6. GUEST BELONGINGS: -Please lock all the doors and windows of the property when going out or to sleep. -Do not leave the keys in the door. We have a key storage locker outside the main door which is password enabled. The password will be shared with you prior to check-in. Please keep your keys in there for safety. *We will not accept responsibility for the loss of any of the guest's belongings. 7. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: -Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment and its fixtures, fittings, glass or breakable items etc. Any damage caused to the property during the stay shall be the responsibility of the guest to cover the loss. - While using AC please close all doors. 8. MOSQUITO NETS: -As the property is surrounded by nature, there will be regular bouts of insects and mosquitoes. Kindly keep the doors and windows shut in the evening to avoid them from coming indoors. There is a mosquito net in the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Would advise you to please close the nets to avoid any insects. 9. WASTE BINS -Please segregate your waste into the correct bins. We take pride in trying to keep Goa clean and unseparated waste is against the local panchayat law. -Please do not make excessive noise or parties in the apartment. This interferes with the tranquility and inconveniences all the other residents. 10. PARKING: On site parking is available on limited/availability basis. You also have limited on road parking. 2 wheelers are welcome to park outside the house.
