Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso with capsules, tea, condiments and juicer among other amenities. Living room with two sofas, armchair, 1 Gbps WiFi and 55" TV with Netflix and board games (cards, parchis, other games and children's stuffed animals...). Dining room with tableware and glasses. Other things to note House Rules • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. • Pets are not allowed. • Keep noise down, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, out of respect for the neighbors. • Check-in from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm / Check-out no later than 11:00 am. • Please dispose of trash in the appropriate containers and leave the kitchen as clean as you found it. • The two sets of keys must be left inside the apartment, hanging where they were found. • In case of lost keys, which are security keys, a penalty of €250 must be paid for the change of locks and related systems. • Turn off all lights, windows, and appliances when leaving. • When the heating is on, please avoid opening the windows except for quick ventilation, to maintain a comfortable temperature and efficient consumption. • No parties or events allowed. • Take care of the apartment as if it were your own and let us know of any damage. • Baby accessories must be requested in advance. • Please leave the apartment tidy when you leave. • For any problems or questions during your stay, don't hesitate to contact us; we are here to help.
