You can take advantage of the free shuttle service in the area. The space The apartment consists of a spacious living room with access to a terrace and large porch below from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view, two independent rooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space consists of a porch with table and chairs to enjoy fantastic sunset dinners and a large solarium area. Thelatter, consisting of a wooden canopy and bamboo reeds, is ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rest in the shade. In addition, 2 loungers and a lounger are available for dusk lovers. The bright living room has an indoor table, perfect for mid-seasons, a wall-mounted TV, and a triple sofa. The master bedroom, thanks to the large window, is very bright and is equipped with a large wall wardrobe and a split with dehumidifier and heat pump. Entering the second room, it feels like inside a boat cabin. Composed of two single beds, spacious wardrobe and desk, it is also ideal as a children's bedroom. There's also a split with a dehumidifier and heat pump here. The bathroom offers a shower/bathtub, complete sanitary ware. On the patio in front of the house, there is a second outdoor shower. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, and comforter and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The kitchen, although small, is equipped with everything you need to make your stay ideal. There are also various custom compartments to accommodate all your belongings, including suitcases. The beautiful private beach is always accessible, while the bathing establishment is open from early June until late September. During the season, you can take advantage of sun loungers, umbrellas, showers to wash off the salt and cabins to change. There is also a bar, canoe and SUP rental, and a ping pong table. Guest access The house is located in the exclusive complex of Cala Piccola, reachable by car only 20 minutes from Orbetello. You will have a private parking space so you don't worry about parking for the entire stay. In fact, the resort offers a free shuttle service that will take you back to the consortium's private beach! Other things to note From November 1 to May 1, a supplement of €15 per day will be required for heating, if this is used. You can always access the private beach, but the establishment will open at the beginning of June, until the end of September. The shuttle service will be active from June 28, 2025 to September 7, 2025. Pets are not allowed in the establishment! We would like to inform you that, in accordance with local laws, a tourist tax of €2 per night per person is required for all guests, excluding children under the age of 14 and people with disabilities.
