Located in an exclusive residential complex and furnished in an "old navy" style, it has a large panoramic terrace with a fantastic sea view and breathtaking sunsets. In summer, during your stay, you will have access to the private beach of the Cala Piccola consortium, enjoying a free umbrella, sun loungers and cabin. You can take advantage of the free shuttle service in the area. The space The apartment consists of a spacious living room with access to a terrace and a large porch below from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view, two independent bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space consists of a porch with a table and chairs to enjoy fantastic dinners at sunset and a large solarium area. The latter, consisting of a wooden canopy and bamboo reeds, is ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rest in the shade. In addition, for lovers of dusk, 2 deckchairs and a sunbed are available. The bright living room features an indoor table, perfect for mid-season, a wall-mounted TV and a triple sofa. The double bedroom, thanks to the large window, is very bright and is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe and a split with dehumidifier and heat pump. Entering the second room, you feel like you are inside a cabin of a boat. Consisting of two single beds, a spacious wardrobe and a desk, it is also ideal as a children's room. Here, too, there is a split with a dehumidifier and a heat pump. The bathroom offers a shower/bathtub, complete sanitary facilities. In the patio in front of the house, there is a second outdoor shower. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, and comforter and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The kitchen, although small, is equipped with everything you need to make your stay ideal. There are also several custom-made compartments to accommodate all your belongings, including suitcases. The beautiful private beach is always accessible, while the beach resort is open from the beginning of June until the end of September. During the season, you can take advantage of sun loungers, parasols, showers to remove salt, and changing rooms. A bar, canoe and SUP rental, and a ping pong table are also available. Guest access The house is located in the exclusive complex of Cala Piccola, which can be reached by car in just 20 minutes from Orbetello. You will have a private parking space so you don't have to worry about parking for the entire stay. In fact, the area offers a free shuttle service that will take you to and from the consortium's private beach! Other things to note From November 1st to May 1st, a supplement of €15 per day will be required for heating, if this is used. You can always access the private beach, but the establishment will open at the beginning of June, until the end of September. The shuttle service will be active from June 28, 2025 to September 7, 2025. Pets are not allowed in the establishment! We would like to inform you that, in accordance with local laws, an accommodation tax of €2 per night per person is required for all guests, excluding children under 14 years of age and people with disabilities.
