Might as well be floating!

Escape from the noise and traffic! The California Delta is elusive and unknown to many. Are you looking for peace and quiet? Or perhaps the family friendly splash fest? You want to take your boat and go tubing? explore the sloughs? go fishing? visit the food establishments on the water? sit in a chair and gaze at the views? The sea lions and birds are ok with whatever you decide. It's up to you! The space The house is 3 floors high. We have three bedrooms on the second floor. Two bedrooms have two twins each while one bedroom has a king bed. There is one shared full bath on the second floor. On the top floor you will find our living room, kitchen and dining table. There you will find that the water views are spectacular. You will not only see the Delta waters, but also the grass levy for laying out or playing cornhole in addition to the 45 foot boat dock and kayaks for your use. Guest access Guests have full and private use of the house and dock. Even enjoy our kayaks! Bring life jackets please. Other things to note Please stack chairs on dock and lock prior to departure. Lock kayaks as well. Note: Long term rentals (30 days or more) require a rental agreement to be signed by the Guest/Tenant in addition to the customary online booking.
