On the facade side, each has private spaces and separate access paths. At the back, the whole lot is for you, open to the meadows and the pretty view of the mountains. Private above-ground pool at the gîte, open from June to September. 2 terraces including one to the south, sheltered on the garden side. Garden furniture. Gas barbecue. On the ground floor: 1 large open living room and direct access to the outside through the floor-to-ceiling windows. - Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Attached cellar (washing machine). - Living room, lounge (pellet stove, TV, internet connection). - 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed, 1 private shower). - 1 separate WC Floor: - 3 bedrooms (3 beds 140) including 1 with shower room/toilet/dressing room. - 1 bathroom/toilet - 1 mezzanine converted into a play and reading corner for children. 1 baby bed. The cleaning fee includes beds made for your arrival as well as bath towels. Only pellet bags will be charged if you use the stove. Guest access You will have direct access to the covered terrace and enjoy the above-ground pool (from June to the end of September) The cottage has independent access and private parking. Other things to note A deposit of €500 will be payable on site in cash or check and will be returned upon departure.
