This makes it a very private space & very easy to come & go from the property. Living & kitchen area are on second floor. There is a outdoor courtyard on the side of the front entrance. Close to public transport and shops. Quiet street. I have an Australian Shepard who is mostly indoors, he is super friendly and loves a butt scratch!
