Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and the bed will be made for your arrival to ensure a stress-free stay. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a modern and quiet residence. It includes a living room with a dining table, a sofa, a TV, an open kitchen, and a closed bedroom. - The kitchen is fully equipped (filter coffee maker, ceramic hob, microwave oven, and dishwasher). - The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. - The bathroom includes a shower, and the toilet is separate. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi and a washing machine. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, bed linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towel, bath mat) along with some essentials to get you started (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, shower gel, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid). Towels: 1 large and 1 small towel per person. An underground parking space completes the accommodation. (Please note, not suitable for large vehicles.) The location of this quiet little apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway on the Emerald Coast. Guest access The apartment and all its amenities are entirely at your disposal. Self check-in is available. Other things to note For any requests for early or late check-in, or late check-out after 11 a.m., an additional fee will apply. A professional cleaning service is included in each reservation. However, we kindly ask you to leave the dishes clean and put away, and to gather used towels and bed linen in the bathroom. Please do not remove mattress protectors or pillow protectors.
