Kasnäs Marina, well-equipped apartment

Modern holiday apartment in the popular Kasnäs area. There is marine environment, the archipelago-like atmosphere and the well equipped apartment. There is a restaurant, spa, cafe and a small market at Kasnäs. These services can be found about 300 meters from Kasnäs Marina down the road. There is also ferry connection to the neighboring islands from Kasnäs. The space 45 m² holiday apartment in the terraced house, built in May 2019. Living room with 160 cm sofa bed for two (beds can also be separated 2 x 80cm), kitchen, bedroom with double bed, electric sauna, shower, wc, air source heat pump (for cooling), wired internet connection. The apartment does not have a cabel TV, but a Smart TV, from which you can watch streaming services like Netflix. Requires your own IDs for the service. Guest access There is a communal barbecue shelter and campfire site, as well as a wood heated lakeside sauna. The lakeside sauna is for shared use with all apartments in the area and for both men and women at the same time. It is not possible to book the sauna for private use. During winter time there is no running water and the water has to be carried to the lakeside sauna. Other things to note Clean sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of stay are included in the apartment’s rent. Before leaving, please note that the apartment is left in normal, tidy condition.
