This independent accommodation with a beautiful sea view has a unique style. It is dug into the rock and insulated, so it is cool in summer and warm in winter. The house has 5 beds. Two rooms (single and double), plus a place on the sofa bed and a pouf. With a kitchen/living room area and a bathroom complete with a spacious shower with Sicilian majolica. The outdoor space of the terrace with canopy and views of the gulf and the mountain, complete the house, along with the pool, the garden and the solarium area. The space The house is divided as follows: The house on the BOTTOM floor has two bedrooms (one double and one single), as well as a sofa bed for one person and a small pouf bed that opens for a person of medium/small build in the kitchen/living room area. In total, it sleeps 5 people. The house is completed by a bathroom and a kitchen/living room with a 32-inch SMART TV, as well as a covered outdoor terrace with a table and a beautiful view, in addition to the barbecue... ; ) Finally, in the outdoor area, you will find a beautiful wooden sunbathing area (recently renovated) next to the pool, another outdoor shower, and even a ping pong table, as well as, of course, the outdoor garden. In the upper part, if you come by car, you can even park your car, as there is free parking in front of the house! From a logistical point of view, the location is really great, since by car you can visit beautiful places nearby in just about 10-15 minutes, such as San Vito and Macari, Erice and Valderice, Trapani and its salt pans, and if you have a little more time (about 20-25 minutes) you can go to Castellammare and Segesta with its temples and thermal baths, two really beautiful places! Finally, if you prefer to get around on foot, there is a beautiful village within walking distance (2-3 minutes on foot) with all the services (bar/tobacconist, bakery, fishmonger, supermarket) and even a bus stop! The beach is also within walking distance (about 10/15 minutes, depending on the pace)! Guest access Access will be through self check-in, please follow the instructions, advice and house rules carefully, so that your stay is the best possible.. ; ) This speldida dwelling will be for your exclusive use with a separate entrance. The terrace area in front of your entrance ( with beautiful view of the sea, the gulf and the mountain ) with a canopy, table,countertop and outdoor shower will also be for your full exclusive use. While the solarium/pool/barbecue and garden area could only be shared with the apartment upstairs. For ping-pong lovers there will also be a table with all the accessories to play! The house will also have an air conditioner (AC) for cooling that also has a heating function (Heat Pump), a dehumidifier, and a fan. The air conditioner is fixed in the living area and must not be moved, but it has enough power to heat/cool the entire house. One fan per room will also be provided. Finally, there will be a security camera outside at the entrance to the villa. Other things to note The pool will be available year-round. Given the climate in Sicily, it will be possible to use it without problems, almost all year round. Even in the few cooler periods (only January and February), there may well be warm days, and so you can use the pool literally all year round, which is why it receives constant maintenance. For this reason, it may happen that a couple of hours every 5-7 days (depending on the season) routine maintenance must be carried out and that for these 2-3 hours, before and after the intervention, the pool cannot be used for precautionary reasons.
