Neighborhood: Seagrove Beach (The Palms at Seagrove) The Palms at Seagrove is a private, beachfront community positioned on the south side of 30A, offering a quiet retreat in the heart of the action. Proximity Highlights: Beach: Private Palms Access (Steps away) Dining: Prema Organic Cafe (0.1 miles) & Café Thirty-A (0.8 miles) Shopping: Seaside Town Square (1.3 miles | 10-minute bike ride) Guest Access & Practical Details Parking: 1 Vehicle Max in an open parking lot. No street parking allowed. Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi and a large Smart TV in the living area. Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM. Beach Gear: Includes 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, and assorted beach toys (condition not guaranteed). Important Note: If renting a golf cart, it must be gas-powered and will use your 1 allocated parking space. House Rules & Policies • No smoking • No parties or events • No Pets • Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay • The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement • The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID Guest access Guests are given a unique door code that will work for the duration of their stay.
