Hideaway in Sils-Maria (Engadin)

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our year-round attractive apartment in Sils-Maria. The apartment has three and a half rooms on two floors and a sunny terrace. Our apartment is ideal for couples, families with children and small groups. The apartment is located almost directly on the cross-country ski trail and close to the Furtschellas ski valley station in a quiet group of houses from the 1970s. The village center and bus station are within walking distance. The space We have lovingly and personally furnished our apartment. The apartment has so far only been rented to acquaintances, but is now also available on Airbnb. The feedback we have received from our tenants over the years is very positive. The bright living/dining room on the ground floor, overlooking Corvatsch and Furtschellas, is equipped with a dining area for six people, a spacious seating area and a double bed. The room invites you to linger with comfortable sofas, a diverse library, classical music and TV with DVD player. Fast Wi-Fi is available. The small forest kitchen is fully equipped. This also includes a dishwasher, a coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), a raclette oven as well as rechaud and caquelons for cheese and Chinoise fondue. The bedroom on the first floor with adjoining terrace contains two single beds that can also be used as a double bed, a spare bed and spacious closets. The spacious terrace faces southwest and is very sunny in the afternoon. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath/shower and a toilet. The upper floor under the sloping roof is illuminated by two large skylights. The two bunks with the wide cozy beds form the center in the lower part of the room (sloping ceilings). In addition, there is an additional freestanding bed in the higher part. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartment is accessible through its own entrance. Other things to note Our recommendations for Sils and the surrounding area: -Sports equipment of all kinds can be rented in Giovanoli in the village center (skis, cross-country skis, skates, etc.) - except bicycles, which can be rented in La Fainera near the Volg (incl. trailers for children; reservation recommended). - Food: Pizza (also take-away) is available in Cervo on the way to the village, in the Stüva in Hotel Maria there is a large Cordon Bleu menu. -Fex Tal: Restaurants in the Chesa Pol, Sonne or Fex hotels offer Sonne (reservation recommended for food); carriage can be reserved at Clalüna.
