The 30-square-meter studio apartment has a double bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. Outside, there is a veranda of about 8 square meters with a hammock, chairs and a small table suitable for enjoying a nice lunch/dinner outdoors. The space The accommodation is part of a complex of ten apartments located in the countryside not far from the center of Vieste, just 1.5 km from the sea and 5 km from the entrance to the Foresta Umbra. The entire property has five hectares, of which one hectare is pine forest, three hectares of olive groves, and one hectare where the apartments and common areas such as the swimming pool, the terrace overlooking the sea and the two stations with barbecue and wood-burning oven are concentrated. The pool and bar are accessible to all our customers from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can also enjoy breakfast by the pool from 8:30 to 10:30 am. Guest access The common areas (swimming pool, terrace overlooking the sea, wood-burning oven and barbecue) are accessible to all customers and their use is completely free. For those who love to walk in nature, you can venture along the paths of the pine forest, take a pleasant walk among the rows of olive groves and citrus groves and/or spend time in the company of our hens. At the pool is our laundry room, which can be used by customers for a cost of 5 euros per wash.
