We are renting out our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home family friendly home in Valencia, PA. If the home is blocked during a time you are interested, please message and we may be able to make it available! The space The home features a open dining room to family room with attached kitchen and additional living room with cozy fireplace. The second floor of the home features a master suite with a king bed and master bathroom. The bathroom has a standing shower with double sink vanity and additional makeup vanity. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor. Guest bedroom #1 with queen bed, guest bedroom #2 with two twin beds and the third bedroom has a crib, making hosting for families perfect. The finished basement features a large play area with toys for children, oversized couch and TV for relaxing and a desk with additional workspace. The outdoor areas boasts an additional living space. It includes a dining table, outdoor grill, fire pit and seating area with couches. The home includes WiFi, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen of equipment and basic cooking ingredients, a two car attached garage with additional parking available for up to 4 cars. ***Please note this is a home that is regularly lived in and has personal belongings in it. While guest are more than welcome to play with all toys and enjoy the home as their home, we do ask you to respect personal belongings such as clothing, shed, etc. Guest access Full access to house, shed is off limits
