Couch, that can be pulled out to a full/queen bed. An air mattress can fit in the living room. One to two cars can park tandem in the driveway with one full bath and kitchenette. It is a very spacious, quiet neighborhood. 10-12 minutes to downtown. 20 min to the beach. Also, an induction cooktop is available w/ pots and pans.
