This large, comfortable home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's a great space if you're travelling for work or on holiday and need a place that's calm and relaxing. Your space is set in a private part of the house and comprises two rooms: a bedroom with a queen size bed, a sitting room with a desk if you need to work, and a private bathroom. Located conveniently between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, approximately 5 mins from the motorway. Shops and bus stop 5 minutes down the road. The space The best feature of our space is that you have two very comfortable areas (bedroom plus sitting room) to yourself, plus a private bathroom and separate toilet, all with their own private entry from the hallway - see drawing under photos. Apart from your use of all the facilities, there also is a large veranda with trees all round and a view that goes for miles. Guest access You will have access to kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave and other conveniences, including laundry, dining room and a great veranda with lots of trees and views. During your stay I like to leave my guests to enjoy the space and their privacy. If they need something I'm here to help. Other things to note You will be sharing the house with Keith, your host, who lives on the property. However your space is completely private.
