We are 10 Minutes to downtown Sarasota. Beaches: - Siesta Key Beach, 7.7 miles - Lido Key/St Armand’s Circle, 6.4 miles The space This cheerful apartment offers a queen bed and bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer for our guest's convenience. Yoder's Fresh Market, Earth Origins, Publix as well as Walmart Marketplace are nearby to grab groceries. Not one, but 2 ice cream shops and a coffee shop are within walking distance. Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. Check out our guidebook to view our favorite local spots and activities. We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, toiletries such as shampoo and body wash, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap. Guest access Guests do not have access to the garage. There's free driveway parking with one space for apartment guests to the far left of the driveway. The 2 right spaces are for main house guest parking. Street parking is an option behind the house.
