This retreat comfortably accommodates up to 16+ guests, making it perfect for families, groups, and celebrations. Other things to note **Pool/Spa Heating Information**: Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating requires a 2 day minimum for heating and those days must be consecutive. -Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property -There are exterior cameras around the property to include the door bell, back yard pool area and above the garage. **Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed**
