Forget your worries in this serene space with your own covered boat slip. Enjoy wildlife, fish or boating just a short trip down the canal to Lake Santa Fe. Front and back screen rooms welcome you into a spacious and comfortable home. Huge yard, and a burn pit to use at your own risk. Park your vehicle undercover. Melrose Has its own renowned charm, and is less than 30 minutes from Gainsville. Nice updated appliances if you should choose to cook. Quiet area away from the Hustle-Bustle! The space Clean, comfortable, and very quiet. This may not be flashy, but all the comforts are there. Lake Santa Fe is truly a renown Mecca for all types of freshwater fish and wildlife. There are two public boat ramps nearby. Enjoy a covered boatslip only steps from your door. Don’t let the seasonal duck weed in the canal scare you away, it’s harmless and floats away. 2 Living room sofas (Futon) can double as extra beds. There are extra linens in drawers & the top of both bedroom closets. Also 2 blowup mattresses. Guest access This is a nice sized lot on a Deep canal. Covered boat slip is beyond a gate. Please keep closed for child safety. Small covered porch with deck at canal. Feel free to take chairs from the house, but PLEASE return them when done. (I’m old and can’t carry things easily) Use the burn pit carefully, if desired. Safety first!! Please There is an outside LP gas grill. I try to keep gas in it. Please clean it after you use it, and hopefully the one before you did the same! Other things to note This is a double-wide mobile home that has some years on it, so please handle with care.
