In case you need anything specific not listed just feel free to contact us before your reservation and we'll do our best to make your stay more pleasant and extraordinary. ~NEIGHBORHOOD: The flat is located in a peaceful part of District 6 that is a bustling area of Pest. There is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, small coffee places, etc. located just 2 mins away from the apartment. There is also a hospital right across the street. You could also reach the fancy shopping and dining area of Andrassy Avenue in less than 15 mins. ~FLOOR PLAN When entering the property you will get to a 4 sqm hall that is connected to the bathroom and living room area. The apartment has a 18 sqm living room and dining room area with a fully equipped kitchen. (Oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, etc.). The 4 sqm bathroom has been completely renovated and is equipped with a washing machine. We will provide you with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and some other cosmetics items as well. The flat has high ceilings of 3.7 meters that made it possible to create a cozy lofted bedroom. The bedroom is approx. 10 sqm with an inner height of 1.7 meters. The bedroom also has a small work station corner and a Smart TV with free access to Netflix. Guest access You will have full access to the whole apartment on your own. Other things to note ~BUILDING: Please note that however the apartment has been fully renovated recently, the building where it is located is an old, classic condominium building that needs renovation like many other buildings in Budapest. I personally think it also has a special vibe but if you are looking for something fancy and modern, this might not be your place :) Otherwise the building is peaceful and safe with nice neighbors. ~CHILDREN: We are happy to host kids at all ages in our apartment and by being child-friendly we mean that we can provide you with kids related items. Please note that children must be supervised at all times during your stay and we can't take responsibility for any injuries of unattended children. Please keep in mind that the stairs connecting the bedroom area with the living room might be dangerous for kids left unattended especially for children at the age of 1-2. Please consider this before making a reservation. ~EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Our standard check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out is required by 10 AM. We understand that your travel plans may require flexibility, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs for an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. To request an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance to make suitable arrangements. Please note that any requests for check-in before 1 PM or check-out after 11 AM may incur an additional fee. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. ~ANIMALS Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate animals in the apartment due to allergy considerations. In case of service animals official documentation needs to be provided and extra cleaning fee (100 EUR) applies. Since the apartment is located on the first floor, the noise is minimal and not constant, but some construction sounds may be heard during the day.
