The Well House, Poulton

A quintessential Cotswolds cottage, the perfect place to call home for as long or short as you’d like. A spacious self contained suite with a lounge area, single bedroom and en-suite shower room, it's the perfect retreat to escape to the countryside and explore what the beautiful Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, The Well House does not have a kitchen, but a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery. The space A welcoming one bedroomed cottage suite, decorated in a traditional Cotswolds style. The front door leads to the lounge area with a comfortable sofa and fireplace. We provide all guests with a starter kit for the log burner. A spiral staircase leads up to a bedroom with a single bed , a flat screen TV and an en suite shower room. The Well House does not have a kitchen so there is no sink downstairs, but a kettle, toaster, small fridge and a microwave are all provided along with cutlery and kitchenware. The cottage is attached to our home, but is an entirely self contained area with its own front door. Off road parking for one car to the side of the cottage. Private secure garden with a small table and chairs. Please note that although fully enclosed, it is not escape proof 🐾 Guest access Self contained suite with lounge, bedroom and en-suite and garden. Private entrance accessed by a keysafe Other things to note Dogs are very welcome at The Well House. All we ask is that you are mindful that we do have three cats and our own dog. The cats are very friendly so may venture into your garden to say hello. We are aware that this may be less than ideal for many dogs so if your dog isn’t also a cat lover, they may not enjoy their stay. The garden is fully enclosed with a full height gate, but is not escape proof. Please add your pets to your booking so we can prepare the cottage appropriately for your stay. Please note: The Well House does not have a kitchen so there is no sink or tap downstairs. A kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery. The parking area at the rear of the property is a little tight and is shared with us so please be courteous when parking.
