There is a pleasant dining room for meals and should you require it, an office and a boot room. Shoe-cleaning products are available for your use in the room. There are several board games available including a rather fine scrabble board. We encourage our guests to use the house and gardens as their own. During your stay Do let us know your breakfast preference when booking. We want your stay to be comfortable and memorable. Other things to note Start the day with a drench shower followed by breakfast with crisp local butcher's bacon and local sausages with homemade sourdough and a large glass of freshly pressed orange juice in the dining room or on the terrace. Eat out at one of the nearby restaurants in Uppingham, the Lake Isle is our recommendation, or arrange a light supper to be served in the dining room or on the patio. Finish the day with a soak in the jacuzzi bath before watching your favourite Netflix series.
