This charming home has aged hardwood flooring with two bedrooms and upstairs loft area. One bedroom has Queen bed, other with full bed. The loft features two twin beds, plus there is full size pull out sofa in living room. All the bedrooms come equipped with luxurious sheets and bedding. There is a tastefully updated bathroom with tiled flooring and shower, plenty of cabinetry for storage. Enjoy meals in dining room off the kitchen or on the oversized back deck! The kitchen features stainless appliances, white cabinetry and backsplash tile. The upstairs loft has two additional twin beds for additional guests. The backyard is surprisingly large and flat, completely fenced, and features spacious back deck with patio furniture, fire pit. Ideal location for JMU reunions, tailgating, and enjoying the flavor of Harrisonburg. We also are Pet Friendly but do require a $75/pet fee, per pet! Early check ins and late check outs are permitted but does incur a fee. It's subject to availability as well. Please inquire no more than 7 days prior to your check in date.
