Guest access Full Unit Access: You’ll have access to the entire unit with your own private entrance. Enter easily with the smart lock—your unique code will be provided 24–48 hours before arrival. Stairs: Bedrooms are located on the second floor, so the unit includes stairs. Multiple Units: We have a few units with the same layout, so similar photos may appear across listings. Location Note: The building is directly across from UAMS Hospital and its emergency entrance. Ambulance sirens may be heard occasionally; we recommend earplugs for sensitive guests. Entrance Steps: Some steps lead up from the parking lot to the building entrance. Pets: Pet fee: $150 is required. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Additional or unauthorized pets incur a $150 fee per pet. Pet owners must tidy up after their pets; a $50 fee applies for extra cleaning due to pets. No Smoking/Vaping: Not allowed inside the unit or garage. Violations incur a $500 cleaning fee. Laundry: This unit does not have an all-in-one washer/dryer. Enjoy our on-site laundry room, free for in-house guests. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
