It is one of our luxury villas with a capacity of 6 people, a sea view, an indoor heated pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a movie room in Kalkan, one of Antalya's unique holiday resorts. A deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash at the entrance to the villa and will be refunded to you if no damage, loss, etc. is found during your check-out. The space Room Information; 1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bathtub, TV, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning and bathroom-toilet. 2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning and bathroom-WC. 3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning and bathroom-toilet. (basement floor) Kitchen and Living Room Information; Our villa has enough kitchen utensils to meet all your needs, as well as a TV, sofa set, coffee table, etc. in the living room. Pool Information; Our villa has a 5 * 12.5 meter pool with a depth of 1.50 meters. Indoor Pool Information; There is an indoor heated pool with a depth of 1.3 meters and a size of 2.8 * 6.5 meters. Damage Deposit; A deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash at the entrance to the villa and will be refunded to you if no damage, loss, etc. is encountered during your departure. General Information; Your electricity, water and bottled gas usage in our villa is included in the weekly fee. Our villa is delivered to you clean and with towels, linens, etc. left in each room. The villa attendant maintains the pool and garden on a daily basis. NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights. An extra 3000 cleaning fee is charged for stays of 7 nights or less.
