Cook $650/day Golf Cart $750/day A space to relax and have fun, just a 5‑minute walk from the clubhouse The space The 4th bedroom is a service room (available for guests) and is located in the basement, with access through the terrace, positioned slightly “outside” the main volume of the house. Boat: $3,150/hour, subject to availability due to weather, maintenance, and/or captain scheduling. For the use of the boat (capacity 7 passengers), it is mandatory to sign a liability waiver. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or any damage to the boat. You can also rent us a golf cart for $750 MXN per day, with a refundable security deposit of $5,000 MXN required. Guest access Before arrival, we need you to send the IDs of all adults, as well as the cars and license plates, so we can register your access to the condominium. If you plan to have breakfast and lunch at the house, hiring the cook is required ($650 MXN per day). This helps maintain order, cleanliness, and ensures you enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. Other things to note The house is treated monthly for pest control, but because it’s surrounded by nature, occasional insects may appear. As a simple precaution, we recommend checking sheets and shoes before using them. If needed, there is a clinic in the club just a 5‑minute walk away No pets allowed
