Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level). If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings: - Quiet hour: Between 9:30 pm and 8 am. - No amplified music outdoors. - No excessive shouting/yelling - No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust - No loud music coming from vehicles NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS: - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927). - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine of up to $1,000 (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927) and could lead to immediate eviction. - Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. - You must be 25 years or older to book this property. The ID of the Responsible guest who make the reservation will be requested after the booking
