Paid TV content: Prime video, Disney +, Netflix, Apple TV. 5.5 minutes to McDonalds, KFC, 10 minutes to Westfield, UC. 6. Downstairs is Woolworths Metro, BWS, Milk Tea Shop, Yachao, Restaurant. Possible disadvantages: 1. The second bedroom has no air conditioning, and it may be hot after sunbathing on a summer morning. But this is a regular apartment configuration in Canberra, and so are geocon apartments in Canberra.I "ll provide a water fan for cooling. 2. Two parking spaces with access control are on the fifth floor underground. The space This is a highly secured building. There are two gates and card-only lifts. (You need to answer the bell twice for food delivery drivers). There's a shared entertainment area with garden and barbeque located at floor 2, which could be accessed via your key. This place is the best and most costly floor plan of Nightfall, owning a total space of 84 m2. Both bedrooms are spacious enough to suit King-size beds, which provides ultimate comfort for your stay. Facing the North, the main bedroom has the view of Lake Ginninderra and the Skareboard Park. The 2nd bedroom, lounge and patio area has the view of University of Canberra campus and North-side Canberra. An outdoor dining area was set at the large patio. This place is furnished to sleep four people in total. Extra duvet can be provided upon request. Extra stools and bar stools will be provided. Other things to note This location offers a 10-minute drive to Canberra civic area during smooth traffic condition. The bus stop of line R2 R3 R4 is located just downstairs, which can also lead you to the civic area within 20 minutes. If you intend to explore other places of Canberra, the bus central station is within a 200m walk. Regrettably, smoking is not suitable in Nightfall Apartments due to sensitive smoke alarms. Pls also turn on hood fan when cooking. The trigger of fire alarm will be at tenants' expense. Pets are also not allowed currently.
