Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. After exploring all that Boulder has to offer relax in the sauna, pool, hot tub, or game room. Or just kick back and enjoy a coffee while overlooking the iconic flatirons. Guest have access to the entire condo. The laundry room is at the end of the hallway shared by other residents . It is coin operated. The clubhouse is also shared by other residents. That is where the hot tub and indoor pool are located. I am a stones throw away if guest need anything at all. Don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything. I do not show up to the place unless you need something or there is an emergency. Quiet neighborhood with the famous Avery Brewery and lots of trails all walking distance from the condo. The 205 bus is located at the intersection of Spine and Williams fork trail. That takes you to downtown Boulder. Walking distance there are plenty of breweries and hiking trails. Grocery store down the street on Spine road called King Soopers. Shopping center with restaurants all a 4 min walk away.
