Sit on the back balcony and enjoy the views of the estuary and Blackwater River while having your morning coffee or after a day at the beach. The sunsets are amazing as you can see from the pictures. The condo is walking distance to Dunkin's, Markey's , Brown's , Tripoli Pizza , Dunlap’s Ice Cream and 12 Ocean Restaurant. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Hampton and Salisbury Beach are a short drive with lots to do! Other things to note Head east on Route 286. Cross the street at the intersection (Dunkin’s and Mobil Station). The first street heading North or South has beach access. Convenience store is next door.
